Fast Turnaround Time: The day an order is received all preliminary research is completed and the client is contacted if there are any issues.  A call is then made within 18 hours to schedule the inspection for the earliest available date.  The finished report is delivered to you within 2 days from the date of inspection.

The basic fee for a conforming Single Family Residence or Condominium starts at $350.  Fees may vary based on complexity
including high dollar value properties, non-conforming properties, beach, mountain, view
or rural sites, FHA and REO appraisals, sites over 1 acre, Condo units located in high rise
projects or over 2,000 SF, and Single Family Residences over 5,000 SF.
